Most items are eligible for exchange or return, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase.
Please hold on to all packaging, instruction, manuals etc. Until you are sure that you are happy with the products you have purchased. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, in the original condition and in the original packaging to warrant a refund, replacement or exchange.
If you wish to return a product you will need to start a return, find the item in the purchase history section of My eBay. Select Return this item. Explain the reason for the return. Specify if you prefer a refund, replacement or exchange. When we are notified by Ebay of the return we will issue you  a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. The RMA number is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. We will not be responsible for any returns made without a RMA. The RMA number must be written in legible writing on the outside of the box. On the inside of the box in legible writing include RMA number, your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and your invoice number.  You must ship returns to the the address specified with the RMA  for each item.
It is recommended that you use a shipping carrier that requires a signature for proof of delivery.
